The major point of a bachelor party is to celebrate the future groom's last night of symbolic freedom with his guy friends. Its about camaraderie, reverie and acknowledging a transition from an aspect of his life from unmarried to a married. TV and movies have an obligation to make the parties more extreme than in most real life examples, so much so the public consciousness believes the extremes are the norm.

Strippers hired for the party usually come from an agency in which some pretty firm ground rules are made clear. The number of strippers killed at a bachelor party is very close to 0. The only movie where a dead stripper is part of the main plot is "Very Bad Things." And that person was accidently killed....
