I don't like how fans of any genre feel like they have to prove their worth in the first place. I like what i like, end of story.

@seven133 imo im not really that into black metal, but i do enjoy drudkh, martriden, and satyricon. Fans of things like avenged sevenfold are the ones that annoy me the most, they always turn out to be meme spouting morons.

@aarongtr180 Yea. I think Meshuggah is the only example of a djent band with exceptional skill. It is because of them that the term djent came into existence and now all these bands are following them without adding anything new or interesting to the table. It is old and tired now.
