Even the moved Infantry is healed. And unlike the vehicles, it doesn't get an additional turn.

@MasterKnightDH Well yes. It's a combination of Black wave and Lightning Strike. One of those affects inf, the other does not.

So you're saying by making some COs WEAKER and other COs STRONGER so that they're around the same power is unfair play?
Remember, when you play the game both people are playing on the same copy of the game. The changes apply to all. This video in particular was just a test of what one of my hacks could do, not what it DOES.
