I got your words but it sounds like if you invented something, your cousin can study that and say to people "it's my invention". I said it because one mongolian guy was participating in a competition (singing the way all his life he did), but he was told "if you want to continue, get the permission from china to sing throat singing" and he was dropped out. It's a fact, so what u say

If you are Mongolian, then you should know that northern (and for some time all of) China was under Mongolian rule, that a lot of Mongolian decedents live in Inner Mongolia in China. That's where it's registered. And internationally it's actually just called throat-singing, and if you want, you can specify it according to where the artist is from. There is no official law stating that you have to say that...

all of khoomeis are sung about mongolian landscape, all the beauties of rivers, mountain and gobi desert. not located in china, but mongolia!!! how can chinese registered it to UNESCO that it's theirs. and we mongolians have to call it "chinese throat singing" in international stages!!!
