NYC Deputy Mayor Howard Wolfson at Zuccotti Park

While Mayor Bloomberg was telling reporters today about Occupy Wall Street saying: "We are constantly monitoring the situation to preserve public safety and to guarantee the rights of all people in the city," Bloomberg said, "and no one should think that we won't take actions that we think are appropriate when we think they are appropriate." Deputy Mayor Howard Wolfson was monotoring Zuccotti Park today. It seem that the administration is using the residents as a shield in conjuction with Brookfield Security, who own the park aas an excused to get rid of the protesters and OWS.
