I feel like California's nomination for Intelligence has Downes Syndrome. How stupid do you have to be, the budget only became balanced when the Republicans took over the majairty in 1994. Obama could have balanced the budget from 2008-2010 when he had a super majority. California is full of retards and I can't wait to see its economy go off of a cliff.
