Your logical mind, which is your lower self or ego, can go beyond what you are seeing and put a "Twist" on the experience. You can talk yourself out of what you have seen or take the information and then rationalize it into not being true or "too good to be true." The information coming from Spirit is always of a high vibration.

I would like to ask if it is possible that one's mind exaggerate those messages?I am experiencing those messages just like you said.I must have had depression and maybe my mind picked up some unkind messages.I only observe positive ones now and i know that they are coming from my higher self.Thanks for answering.
