Yes, Raine is still part of OLP and yes, they are still together. This is a solo project thing.

This is not a question I can answer for them. Plus, creating a CD is not something artist can't just pop out of their arse. It takes time. If it's a band collaboration, instead of just 1 person, it takes longer. If you want to have an answer, e-mail them via MySpace or other forms.
