all you really need to do is get a spell for speed and cast it on your horse and then BOOM your horse will be running faster then......... well idk what it would be running faster then
but it'll be running as fast as that horse

lol that's funny! looks like the whole game is sped up though, not just the horse.

rofl! I did this after I watched this video a while back. It knocked the horses speed up to around 107 and It's a permanent effect as far as I know. It wouldn't go away even after a few days of waiting for me. XD
Turning off the game and reloading won't make it go away either. But if you have the PC version you can hit ~ click the horse and type "setav Speed" and put in a number between 45 and 30 for a reasonable speed. The black horse runs at 33 in vanilla.

theres another way to do that
push the ~ button and type psb
then go to spells, scroll down to Zenithars Ear, and use the spell on your horse.
