  • Hebrews 9:2

"For there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the shewbread; which is called the sanctuary. "

I didn't realize the significance of the 12 Apostles eating the shewbread until now!

We give our best to God!

  • That was really interesting to me too, and that there were 12 loaves.

  • "It says no such thing, that is the simplistic conclusion you draw from it. The "others" I suppose will pop up out of thin air? There won't be any tribes or people to form these future nations? "

It says exactly that! Look at the text, the meaning is simple

"The "others" I suppose will pop up out of thin air?"

Yes, but only if the Nephites & Co dwindle in unbelief

If they toe the line there will be no others

    It's just a THREAT!

Don't you even understand the BofM yet?

  • @Kramd1 true study of all biblical and Christian related items throughout will show that Satan has a opposite for everything. Wether it's symbols, places, events, scripture mingled with the philosophies of men etc. Therefore anytime you see proof of Christ or his prophets you will find an opposite. Bible says there is opposition in all things.

The all seeing eye dates back to before Christ. It's found in all cultures in differed forms because it's first appearance was in re sky with the al

  • JosephSmith was a Mason he plagiarised more than just the temple ordinances and symbols. It is little wonder the masons killed him at Carthage. Where else did he get the temple concept from ?

  • @gateway1965 JS took 2000 years of Christianity and turned it on its head. It then proclaimed all non Mormon worship anathema. Mormonism re-institutes all of "Old World Religion" Just as JS and others desired and stated. I believe the 2000 yr est. story of Jesus. Joe wants to nullify it and kill me if I don't "do it his way". How would you like it if I took your name and did a 180 degree turn with it? It's called slander.

  • @IExposeMormonism . You expose nothing but the fact that you do not wish to allow people to worship how, where or what they may. The best way to expose mormonism is prove there is no God.

  • @IE Indeed. Mormons most certainly do not do any type of animal sacrifice. YOu say that God is sick of it, then why did He institute it? We now live a higher law, part of doing so is temple worship. This is omething that is so prevelant and obvious in the bible that only someone with preconceived notions against it would not notice.

  • @stevejames1012 Way back in Isaiah. And God is sick of it. Why would God want to live in a house of ritual animal sacrifice. Why did Jerusalem fall? Why did Josephus say "they earned their destruction".. Christianity isn't here to confirm, conform to or build up Judaism and Jerusalem. One of the hallmarks is the end of ritual animal sacrifice.

  • @IExpose It is certainly not the logic use to kill the Savior. That's quite a jump to mislead conclusions. Indeed the temple is nothing of the sort. Remember that those animal sacrifices were commanded by GOD. They were a similitude of the Atonement of Christ. Where do you read that God is sick of it?

  • @stevejames1012 That is a serious error. God doesn't dwell in a house made by hands of man. Never will. It's morally revulsive. Have you seen what is going on in the world? We're fortunate he lets us pray to him. Is that the same temple and logic that was used to murder the messiah? Is that what you're saying? Is the Jewish Temple a temple of apology to Christians and Jesus? I think not. It is a temple of ritual animal sacrifice. And God is sick up to here with it. I read it in the bible.

  • @IExpo The point is, it is God's house, ie He can dwell there. That was the whole idea behind the tabernacle

  • @stevejames1012 Well, Jesus obviously wasn't pleased with what he saw in his dads house. Thats why he whipped the money makers and left the place desolate to them. It is this Jewish Temples occupants that murdered Jesus using Roman Law to do what they "legally" were inhibited from performing themselves. The ritual used by the Jews is called "Pharmakos". It is mentioned in Rev 18. Christianity is not here to establish a Jewish nation and ritual.
