  • Many argue that eminent domain fair because the government offers "fair market value". This is such a tragic joke. There is no market if there is no seller so there can be no price.

  • What a selfish answer. because others are doing around the country so he dose it to. So if there are serial killers around the country murdering innocent people so can he become a serial killer because others are doing it. What a corporate ass wipe. Go Randy I am very happy for the verdict and justice that has been served to you and your family.

  • Hoo! Rah!

  • Property Taxes --> Deterioration/Repudiation of Property Rights.

  • IJ is a great organization that deserves support. This is a story that deserves being repeated. Lenhart's Hardware is an operation that richly deserves being boycotted until it goes out of business. Remember that the decision was a 5 to 4 vote with the 4 "Liberal" justice's and Anthony Kennedy voting to allow this type of dreadful abuse of private property rights.....allowed municipalities to turn people's lives and dreams and homes and businesses into DIRT. Clean house in November, people!!!

  • Now what needs to be done is nobody go into that Ace hardware store again. Have the owner see (when he has to close his doors) that he cannot just take what someone else has worked so hard to make. This will also show our gov that we will run things and they will listen to what we want.

  • I'm going to Disney land :P. Glad to hear he got to keep his land!

  • way to go Ij you guys are the best !!

  • wow, he seems like a fun guy to be around.
