  • ; Thank You for posting, great interview, Yanni is a great sport, but as much as I love Artie's comedy, I must agree with Norm MacDonald, Artie Needs to confront his issues before he gets back into the entertainment industry. I miss Artie, but I'd prefer to know he's emotionally healthy.

    Cheers!

  • @12Zwolf It's ironic, Wolf, I think we had this conversation on another vid comment page! :) Your name & Artie comments are coming back to me... lol I hear ya, I hope he's ready to come back on, as he says. As a recovering opiate addict myself, he's told this story to sooo many strangers at this point, & he did it the right way this time (no wheatgrass enemas), after 9 mo, he may finally be ready. But who knows...It's a vicious circle!

    Cheers back at ya! :)

  • ; I can't be selfish, and want Artie to entertain, when he's sick, and needs to heal, for himself first. Artie is addicted to hard drugs/gambling, and could be using the Howard Stern Show/stand-up comedy, to avoid dealing with his personal issues. I'm fortunate, I'm sober off alcohol, and tobacco for almost twenty-two years, but I could get my drugs from any store, while a hard drug addict has to jump into the worst situations, including risking death by the drug, and/or drug dealer.

    Cheers!

  • @12Zwolf Ain't that the truth! I was robbed at gunpoint waiting to cop 7 yrs ago. That didn't even scare me straight! I can laugh about it now, but then it wasn't so funny. I know, it feels selfish to want Artie back! I'm hoping for the best this time! Did you hear about Greg Geraldo? Terrible. Another pill OD. Tragic!

    :( Jenny~ RIP Greg

  • ; Early in my sobriety, I went to counselors/doctors, was prescribed various 'anti-depressants', was nauseous for several months, and questioned why I should take advice from people, whom studied books written before the invention of penicillin, whom were cocaine, and heroine addicts, e.g., Freud, and Jung. I bring this up because Greg Giraldo died from anti-depressants, prescribed by doctors, interpreting Freud, and Jung's 'Cocaine Decisions'.

    Cheers!

  • @12Zwolf (I think we're making this our personal forum, lol) Oh, I didn't know it was anti-depressants! Wow! I know what you mean, my brother in law was on subutex & what a nightmare that was! I refused to go that route after seeing what it did to him. It's strange, I loved the opiates, but refused to take anti-dep...I didn't trust them

    Great points as always! :)

  • "I should switch, I never got laid at a Dokken concert."

    Congrats on staying sober!

  • ; Thank You, staying sober is worth it, you will discover why you're using opiates, and only a person on anti-depressants, and other hard drugs, like Yanni's music.

    Cheers!
