What it looks like to me is just the angle of the building casting a shadow from the flashlight.
There's a lot of flashlights and building around, I wouldn't be surprised if some shadows go amiss. People tend to be smaller than buildings, unless they're LEGO, so shining a light up a building and the shadow from the corner of the building onto another building would be acceptable in the terms of the laws of photons, or some other light-based rule.

They called themsleves samurai, "in service to a Lord". They are not there for their own best interests but the best interests of all concerned as they see it. Also, from what I heard, the radiation is acceptable for limited periods (hours, not days) but even then two absorbed too much and were hospitalised (as of a few days ago).
