  • You can store dehydrated seeds for 2-3 months at room temperature, they will last longer if you refrigerate or freeze them.

  • Should we refridgerate all nuts and seeds or just the white ones?

  • Yes, all nuts and seeds should be refrigerated or frozen due to their high fat content., to prevent them from going rancid.
