  • I think rebellion is good, laws would not be broken if they were completely fair, rebel's do a good job (some of the time) at pointing out the ones (laws) that are the most unjust. Plus UNLV's (University of Nevada Las Vegas) mascot is the Rebel, being from Vegas I always kind of felt like I should be a rebel, what with parents and family always pressing the issue of going to college. So yeah, not every rebel is successful but truly, is it not the thought that matters?

  • You're right. Rules are usually broken because they just don't work for some people.

Although rules are needed, there are often far too many of them. Unjust, or just plain stupid rules need to be exposed. Rebels do that for us :)

  • There really isn't a book or set of rules on rebellion, so often it's trial-and error, and sometimes there really isn't a method to the madness.

That being said, the stupidity of rebellion is often determined by what side of the line you're on. Stupidity is frequently a matter of perspective.

  • The whole point of rebellion is often to rip up any rule books that exist. if there were a rebels handbook, i'm sure we'd see far more rebellions.

Yep, stupidity does often depend on which side of the fence you are on :)

  • My youthful rebellions were stupid, but part of my growing process. In general, rebellions mean progress(or social calamity!) A stupid rebellion in the US was Prohibition. Lastly I'll say I'm a rebel at the wheel! Great comments, Andy, hard to add to the list!

  • There have been some great comments on this video haven't there. Some of those spur of the moment videos get the best response.

A rebel at the wheel. I like that :)

  • I think it's different when it's you being stupid & rebellious. Thats allowed :)

  • It's my day off. I just want to relax and avoid anything stupid or rebellious... I get enough of that at work :)

  • I like that kind of seemingly warped logic. That appeals to me. not sure why, but it does.

Maybe thats my inner stupidity coming out? :)

  • Hahaha! I think stupidity is an integral part of rebeliousness. It's almost the whole point. Which can only mean that sometimes, under the right circumstances, and when done properly and for all the right reasons (even if they're wrong) stupidy isn't completely NOT the correct choice of action. Or something like that ;-)
