This video describes some of the QR code uses in a medical office (Skyline Family Practice, in Front Royal, Virginia). This video goes beyond concept to demonstrate real uses of QR codes in medical practice.

Using FASText (a program created by Caduceus Digital Systems at http://www.caduceusdigital.com), QR codes are easily created for a variety of different uses. Patient can easily upload various types of information to a patient's smart phone with a QR barcode reader application installed and scanning the dynamically created QR codes.

To our knowledge, this is the first extensive use of QR codes in a medical office for the novel uses demonstrated in this video. We hope you like it.
