We sang this in Collingswood Jr High chorus in maybe 1975, only we did it English "Oh be joyful, o be jubilant, put your sorrows far away Come rejoice and sing together this happy day."
Wow.. erm, I didn't listen to the whole thing but this sounds kind of like the G major scale? aren't the words "Gaudeamus Hodie" Latin?! I think it needs to be in a different major, if i'm thinking properly. (Traditional Latin in most of my songs are in the key C minor...) And no i'm not Latin, lol.

@CourtneeyLou but when voices mature, the range weakens. i cant sing half the stuff i sung back in 7th grade now.

its suppose to be higher pitched and theyre seniors. im in the 7th grade and im a descent soprano even our alto can go higher that that.
