there is something to make us feel good...we cannot tell who are nutbags are with the guns...so the rest of us get to enjoy you nuts!

I had to laugh at the irony of that chick that took her handgun to soccer games and stress all the moms out got shot in the face by her jealous husband who said she was "messing around" on facebook...these are the stable people carrying handguns and conceal and carry laws!

@billburns2 My account of pulling a pistol on an intruder in my home, was told to Channel 3 News where I live. The only thing they said was,the intruder fled when I woke up and he saw me. No gun mentioned. That is a FACT! They report what they want you to see.

I wasn't referring to Kleck's book I was referring to specific instances which you can view yourself on youtube in news reports but since you bring it up...Kleck addresses an area that your sources specifically ignore. I have done plenty of searches thanks. Unless an event is reported to the police then it's almost certainly hearsay or tough talk. This is the big flaw in Gary Kleck's book.

Stick to the FACTS. The only sources I will accept are from FBI, DoJ or CDC. None of these have stats on "crime prevented by firearms"

Is that all you've got?
