6:45 has the "Meet the Press" cut of the Mission.

KYEL in Yuma, AZ used a similar opening "NewsCenter 13" to "NewsCenter 40", KYEL is now KSWT the CBS affiliate for Yuma/El Centro

Gotta love the cheap set, graphics, and the WNBC esque station logo. Jeff Whitaker is rocking a porn star moustache! I do miss the old "40" logo and their announcer back then was better than the guy they have now.

Hahaha! Yeah, I agree on all accounts overall. The studio back then looked like something I used to run from my basement! But I love the retro kitsch of it anyhow. Memory serves correct, they upgraded the studio in Jamuary 1990, not too long after this was recorded.
