2011 VW Touareg V8 TDI, 0-100 kmh / 0-62 mph

My new V8 TDI Touareg. Testing 0-100 km/h. ESP off, Air suspension on sport. Slight brake before full throttle. This transmission doesn't have launch control. With some more playing around, I could lower the time a few tenths, probably close to the specs for the car, 5,8 that is. My best is 6.4 sec.

Btw, be sure to check my YouTube channel in a few months when I've put some more miles on the car. I'll be tuning it to somewhere around 400hp/900nm, and probably ask someone to manufacture less air restrictive end plumbing for more acustics both inside and outside of the car.

Look at the current fuel consumption it said 40 liters per 100 km

You are only driven 842 km. Only after 1000 km, the engine's full power. This is a protection from the VW factory. Best regards from Baunatal :-)

They don't sell the V8 TDI in the US... only the V6 TDI... WHY!?
