@MsILOVEDaniela If you feel like this sister, then what is stopping you from making a change? Its only shaytan dear! He is keeping you away from Allah and making you feel that your not strong enough to take the jump and put on hijab or cover urself! We can all take small steps closer to Allah, we just need to be willing to put on a fight! (against shaytan) Allah never told us this dunya will be easy! Because shaytan is our sworn enemy! :)

The second Caliph of Islam, Omar Ibn Al Khattab (may GOD be pleased with him, said, “A person would not be held responsible for his confession, if you inflicted pain upon him or scared him or imprisoned him [to obtain the confession].”( Reported by Abu Yusuf in the book Al Kharaj)

Hakim Ibn Hizam (ra) said that, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, "Allah will torture those who torture people in this worldy life" [Muslim]

Abu-Bakr's Instructions to Yazid ibn-Abi Sufian:

“I give you ten commandments: don’t kill a woman or a child or an old person, and don’t cut trees or ruin dwellings or slay a sheep but for food. Dont burn palm trees or drown them. And don’t be spiteful or unjust.”

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to instruct his commanding chiefs saying:“…Do not be embittered. Do not be treacherous. Do not mutilate. Do not kill children or those (people) in convents.”

Abu-Bakr's(first caliph may GOD be pleased with him) instructions to Usama addressing the war in Syria:

“Do not betray or be treacherous or vindictive. Do not mutilate. Do not kill the children, the aged or the women. Do not cut or bum palm trees or fruitful trees. Don’t slay a sheep, a cow or camel except for your food. And you will come across people who confined themselves to worship in hermitages, leave them alone to what they devoted themselves for.”

The Messenger (Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam) said:

Whoever has killed a person who has been given a covenant (Christian, jew…citizen of the islamic country) he will never smell the scent of paradise, Indeed the smell of paradise spans forty years of travel. [Bukhari]

“ Fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you, but begin not hostilities. Lo! Allah loveth not, aggressors.”(Noble Qur’an, Al-Baqarah: 190)
