@joey7286 you have to drill out the rivets, cut out the tig welds with a Dremel tool , slide out the old insides, put in the new baffle, wrap with the new packing, and then screw the outside can back to the inside.

@joey7286 they sell a kit for the 07 at aandrmotorsport They are some other videos on youtube that show the 07 install. Look for " Yamaha R1 2007 Race Exhaust Baffle" The 09 has an inner tack weld you could drill out and the insides came right out. The 07 video looks like a little different...
