@pzp886 Yes. I knew a meth user that sounded just like you described. It really turns people into users and does something to their brain.You are lucky you quit before you got endocarditis. That is when people shoot up and they get bacterial leading to infection into their blood stream from sharing needles or whatever and infection reaches inner lining of the heart. Horrible stuff.

i've payed back almost everything i've ever borrowed, but i'm an impossibility. i sure quit loaning things to almost anyone unless they have more often than they have not

to be honest, its very nice when you use rarely, regular use SEEMS cool at first but will have you psychotic before you know it, so you'd better have someone around who will keep you grounded and aware of what you are doing or you will LOSE YOURSELF. its way too common! i know many users who work regular jobs sleep every night and duck the drama. i also will tell you most of the people i know who use, i wont associate with, they're negative. the prohibition is what makes things so bad, costs etc

@abby495 you know, i thought the same thing in high school, i thought the drug changed people, and in a way was right. many people do turn into conniving shady dope fiends with no integrity. delusions do come easy when you dont know better, for a few months i was a burgling car thief and occasionally paranoid myself. i learned not act like a retarded "meth user" but stay positive and caring and everything changed. took me 7 months to wake up. that "crap" is the type of stuff life started in

@thnk4urself I specifically said Meth addicts because I was THERE when it happened. Stealing lawnmowers from people's yards, stashing stolen goods in some garage, making meth in same garage, stealing surveillance equipment, overhead a conversation about beating someone up in order to get more meth. Sh*t even a portrait I made of someone was stolen right off her wall and that wasn't even worth anything.

@abby495 that's not true. not all addicts of any kind are all gonna steal from friends. it takes a certain type of person to go that far and you'd be surprised how many aren't like that. but one thing for sure, don't lend them money lol then they will rob you in a sense
