Republicans really appeared genuinely stupid this election. Just in casual encounters with ROmney supporters, I found them to be devoid of any knowledge of Romney or his positions or policies. It was quite shocking really. They took the whole thing of targeting white uneducated voters too far. They could not find enough stupid people to vote for ROmney. That was a surprise frankly.
