In a new CGI video for PETA, Ricky Gervais and Pink lose their skin as they voice-over a skinless rabbit and a skinless alligator.

Seals are being shot or beaten over the head in Canada for their skins RIGHT NOW. Help us end abuse like this here http://www.peta.org.uk/donate/ctt/W2E2_sn.html?c=pukytgen

  • "Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages."

    Thomas Jefferson, 3rd U.S. President

  • That's the most ridiculous argument in the world. I'm personally a vegetarian but fur is completely different than food - food is at least being put to SOME use (although I also think it's wrong to eat animals) but fur is an utterly pointless waist of an animals life. It dies for a rich fuck to think they're looking classier.

  • @kaminoneh No, not really. I just know that many hunters ( i don't hunt) will both eat the meat and save the hide, rather than just hunt the animal with only one of those in mind.

  • so the guy who said are canines are wimpy compared to other anamals well yea because they are ONLY carnivores as we are omnivores

  • @wand222

LMAOO. go do some research on how the slaughtering industry before you make such ignorant comments. lol. You really believe animals who are slaughtered for their meat are then used for leather and fur?! lol

  • Peta kills more animals than they save and they want to stop insulin to diabetes, how can any decent person want to be associated with this group?

  • @slovibond The only thing you've said here with which I agree is that PETA is ridiculous. But meat isn't good for you. The biggest killer of Americans is heart disease, which you get from too much cholesterol and saturated fat. And besides, our so-called "canines" are wimpy compared to those of real carnivores and omnivores, and even to our vegetarian primate cousins, like gorillas and orangutans.

  • @slovibond 1. You meat munchers amuse me. So many of you bray on and on about how humans are superior to other animals, but then, you'll defend meat consumption by saying "OMG, but lions and cats and wolves kill other animals!"

    2. If you're participating in any activity that's causing harm to another being, people have every right to tell you to stop.

    3. It's better to have a bleeding heart than no heart at all.

  • anyone wana go hunting later skin some animals we will have a fun time

  • @InkNotMink3 I SO KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN IT IS HORRIBLE AND DISGSTING EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE WEARING A "CLEAN" FUR COAT OR LEATHER COATS BUT THE ONE THING THIS WILLL NEVER CHANG EIS THE FACT THAT YOU ARE STIL WEARING A DEAD ANIMAL AD THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE

  • I see no problem in eating meat or wearing products made from animals, if the animal wasn't killed just for its hide. For example, i think that wearing leather is ok since you still can eat the meat from the cow, and the cow may not have been killed just for its hide. Eating animals is a natural process, we as humans are omnivore- we eat plants and meat. We have eaten meat and plants for thousands of years, so i see nothing wrong with eating meat now. It's really all personal choice IMHO.

  • oh i was gonna write to Ricky about the fur trade but i see hes already involved, i love Ricky, he really is amazing, i hope he does more to highlight this as well, its really important we stop this.
