Our Mitsubishi CP9550DW Dye Sublimation Printer has started printing a thin line through the picture. It isnt a problem with the paper or the ribbon, as we changed it and still had the same problem. I suspect that it might be a problem with the thermal head, but am hesitant to take the machine apart incase we make the problem worse. Any ideas?
