ya looks pretty bad, the metal head you are using has a problem with the ball link slipping on the blade grip. if you look at the blade grips real close you will see that the ball link attachment point has slipped in rotation. follow the guide on my setup video and when you have the servo straight and the pitch slider right loosen the fastener on the ball link clamp to blade grip and well holding the blade grip turn the link clamp until the blade is a close to flat as possible then crazy glue
