Pastibel, le pastis à la mirabelle

Démodé et ringard, l'apéritif anisé ? Pas forcément, si on en croit certains chiffres. Pour ceux qui désireraient un peu de nouveauté à l'apéro, l'établissement « Clair de Lorraine » de Void-Vacon a lancé au début de l'été le « Pastibel », mariage de l'anis provençal et de la mirabelle lorraine.

Le pastis à la mirabelle, Vincent Ferry, le PDG de « Clair de Lorraine » y pensait depuis 2008 en voyant aux terrasses des cafés que le petit « jaune » se mélange souvent aux sirops. Cent essais et trente dosages plus tard, le « Pastibel » est né en juillet 2010 : le résultat a donc la couleur du pastis, l'odeur de l'anis, mais aussi un petit goût de mirabelle en arrière-bouche.
