This is to remember the beautiful and talented Alexandra Steele.
She was the greatest thing that ever happened to the network. Her smile was out of this world, and she was extremely smart and funny while on WC with Jim Cantore.

Ever since NBC bought TWC in 2009 the channel has not been the same. Most of the veterans who have been around since it's inception back in 1982 have either moved on or were let go. Alexandra Steele was no exception. She is brilliant. Nothing against Al Rocker, but he does not belong on the weather channel. He is an entertainer not a meteorologist. Go back to the today show Al !!!! Bring back the veterans that made this channel.

They lay off the best ones, and hold on to the worst ones. I do not understand TWC at all. They need to "lay off" Stephanie Abrams. She's like a hyperactive 10 year old kids. Never shuts up, and can't be serious for more than 5 seconds.

She was my favorite and I miss not seeing her. Charming, attractive and classy. I quit watching the weather channel as it's programming has changed in recent years and because Alex is not there which she alone enticed me to watch.

@copper12051 I never liked that decision. Al Roker with Stephanie Abrams. 2 Channels colaberating. I don't care if NBC owns The Weather Channel. They should not be doing that. Let Roker stay on NBC. Another nut NBC President leading a poor business decision.

I used to watch Alexandra and Carol Costello on WJLA 7 here in DC every day. Alexandra was the best dressed personality I have ever seen. She was so warm and buddily, but she knew her stuff. After she "left" WJLA it took a while to finally locate her again. Hopefully she can get back on TV. He is great!
