@Angie2Pink yes, you can use it. However, make sure its particles are not too small (like dust) though.

I wouldn't use eyelash adhesive either!! I would just wet my eyeshadow brush a little bit and apply the glitter wet. It should give you the same affect and it will stick. Or you can go to Sally's Beauty supply and get Sally's Girl Glitter adhesive. I think it's like a dollar
