I'm from Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, so I'll try to translate the esentials of this story. Sarajevo was the first city ever in the world that had trams. This was a celebration of 100 years of trams in Sarajevo, that's why they went on parade rade with first original tram that was puled by horses.
The funnyest thing on the clip is that the cracsh ocured in the same moment as the corupted manager started to speak about this public company perspective in the future.
