This is the ARP tunnel on noahs ark road in dover, this tunnel was public during the war and now is owned by two different companys. ARP or air raid protection tunnels were built all aroud this area and in towns all over the place. this one is in very good condition and the amount of ww2 graffiti is unbeleive able there is abit everywhere you look pretty much.
