1 - Keep doors shut and locked, windows half-way up. If you have a car alarm, arm it. If the car is penetrated, PEOPLE WILL KNOW.

2 - You're not a Person, you're a Human or anything else that describes a Divine Entity.

Also in response, its amazing that you want to stand up for your constitutional rights but at the same time you have an english person telling you what to do!!! Bit of a contradiction i think!! Again your intelligence is your problem here. Basically you're STUPID and UNEDUCATED. Disappointment to other law abiding citizens of Ireland. No respect for them or for the Gardai. And a small point, at some stage you'll require the assistance of Gardai, whether its for a Passport, Cert of Character etc.

Well done for standing your ground. But you are still a complete muppet. The Guard was being very reasonable. You have to obey his order's.I got pulled over last week the Guard told me to step out of the car, I said "No" and he was very reasonable so I stepped out.

You are not entitled to refuse his orders. He is allowed to change his opinion if he believes Drugs are a possibility. If he stops you for a traffic offence, and believes drugs are there he can stop search and arrest you, and use force.

In response to the question 'were your constitutional rights breached' The answer my friend is No. Your vehicle was stopped under sec 109 of the road traffic act and while you were lawfully stopped the gardai suspected you had illegal substances in the vehicle they then in turn invoked Section 23 of the misuse of drugs act which is a power to search with out warrant a person or vehicle in a public place. the gardai acted professionally and within the law while dealing with you.
