Sorry, the person was only saying "yes" to acknowledge that she is listening to the caller ; not necessarily agreeing with the caller. The caller needed to ask specific questions that required her to give specific answers.

The banking lady is just agreeing to get rid of dude, what the heck is a bank teller going to know about this stuff. i spoke to my bank manager and she wasn't aware of this stuff.

I've not been to court, either. Once at a bank, the teller asked me about the way I signed. She was concerned by my answer, so she waved over her supervisor and we had an illuminating conversation about who I was. She had me enter the PIN, again. I mentioned the way I had signed the original agreement. They both looked stunned. The supervisor went to the manager, and came back with the okay.

That was an inevitable, accidental experiment. A learning experience. I test truths, carefully.

@herviews Sorry, the listener(banker) answered yes in compliance to foreknown statutes of her' operating bank concurring with the caller's questions. The period they had the caller on hold was used to position themselves accordingly to deal with an atypical customer. They both played chess well.

@alilprincess22 Yes but you need to disassociate yourself from your strawman or separate yourself from it .. to do that you have to file some forms into the public records. Otherwise they "Assume" you are the strawman. This is why in the vid he is saying he is a man and not the entity. Which is also why he very clearly separated himself from the strawman to the banker.

I don't think that the bank can be legally bound by any advice given by one of its employees. In other words the IRS agent can give you incorrect information but the IRS is not bound by anthing the employee has told you.

Yeah this info was know to me before Obama was placed in office but what still gets me is how causal she is about it.

I'm not expecting her to cheese and grin about it with a big hollar.But its not often that a"number""strawman"comes out and say I'm not a strawman anymore.

There a very tiny part of me that thinks she doesnt know what hes talkin bout.
