Rip Curl Pro Search Party @ The Irish Village

It was hot BUT it was happening! 150 Rip Curl fans came to the Irish Village on Friday, October 2nd for the Rip Curl Pro Search Party! Canadian born DaNnY, Australian born Tahnee and the UKs up-and- coming band Wild Palms played throughout the evening leading up to the main event.. One lucky winner who entered the competition was going to win a trip for 2 to Peniche Portugal to watch the Rip Curl Pro Search World Surfing Championship! ! !
The Rip Curl Pro Search was created in 2005, when the ASP & Rip Curl joined heads to create a first-of-its-kind Floating License to run an annual World Tournament that would move around the globe & introduce the worlds best surfers to many of the worlds best unknown waves. The contest has had an amazing run of success and has been arguably the most exciting stop of the ASP Mens World Tour calendar in each of the past four years. Reunion Island was amazing, Mexico was madness, Chile was crazy and Bali was like a dream... This year Peniche Portugal will see the fifth annual running of the Rip Curl Pro Search and the entire world is excited to see what this contest will deliver. How good will the waves be? Who will win?
