Sorry dude I'm a word nerd, I had to let u know that Ginny is a girls name. My Mom actually has a friend named Ginny. She pronounces it with a hard G as in Gin. I think what your're looking for is Guinea. That's the derogatory for Italian, similar to Guido. I could actually go on about the differnces between Guinea and Guido but no one would care.
