Some Japanese women also purposely make their voices high pitched because it is considered to be "cute". I find that it can be quite annoying, but that's just my opinion.

@MrMedifield Its their trade secret which i've been trying to figure out for a while. I think its cause the language has soft syllables and it could be the tone need for them is much softer then ours. I mean when you say FUCK you have your tongue makes a click noise sorta and its instinictive that you put you bottom lip under your top. This language on the other hand is all in the "breath" as you inhale and exhale when you say stuff. So i think thats one reason, still researching
