Have me as your personal online trainer at http://myhitechtrainer.com/tihealthandfitness All natural Bodybuilder/Powerlifter Tuan here with my 1st vid for 2009. Here I am at 182, where I have lost 16 to 17 lbs since the beginning of the year. I am performing what is called a Muscle Up, which is a very difficult movement. Once I lost enough weight, I could do this move more often, but still only a few time at best. But still I am very happy that I can pull off this movement for it is very difficult. Hope you enjoy

  • this is the type of muscle ups i like, little momentum, more strength. Not like some american dudes, swinging like shit. Might as well just swing up... wait, thats what they are doing.

  • u have to swing your body and use momentum, this excercise is more for show than for practicality

  • I could get 12 down but considering ur shorter and heavier than I am, this is quiet impressive. I'm 6' 192. But honestly, calisthenics don't get you big at all lol keep up the great work !

  • One is still impressive. I remember learning this in high school, it is really one of the true "real man moves" like the iron cross.

  • i went from 3 to 6 then 9 on the 3rd day. hopefully many more in a few weeks, there's an element of timing 2 it and using ur whole body to make it work better.
