This is possibly the first Black Video made at the time of the talkies 1930s but didn't get shown. I have cleaned up and remixed the sound files but couldn't do much with the film.Worlds first Black Video

  • @suzanxrose Maybe but Blacks were banned from going in the club so I think it might not be. Did you know that they had a white musician in the cotton club who used to wear make up to look Black? He was a great Latin American composer who wrote hits like Caravan still popular today.

  • Actually recorded in the early 1940s: a "Soundie" that would have been played on an audiovisual jukebox called a Panoram.
