I respect Mr Celente, and agree with some of what he says but as for the rest of all this...well if you swallow this your stupid crazy. All of these programs for vaccines ARE 100% manditory and volentary, I read the statute they are discussing NONE of this appears within the document at ANY point. haha ridiculous.

Poor lady...poor Floridians...I just don't see how her lawsuit can go forward without a specific harm to her specifically already from this particular shot...please, don't get me wrong, I'm 100% cheering for her to win, but procedurally, they may say she has to already be harmed from the shot before she can sue...I hope I'm wrong, especially now that it looks like Florida's mandatory shot law can kick in any minute thanks to Obama's predictable action declaring H1N1 an emergency.
