IF Kosovo can have independence region with 65% unemployment narco cartels and mafia ruling the people , USA generals make ruling elite possible.
Highest birth rate in Europe which think only about Jihad all day long and their main economic activity is building masques.
I think SCOTLAND should have been independent long time AGO.

Free scotland from london rule , all we need is a majority in the scotish parliment and we are half way there , we will be a richer country without england ! we wont have wars to pay for and all thos lazy english on the dole. We put in more money than we get back !!! The snp stand up for scotland only and dont take there orders from london . The westminster goverment put england first all the time , that is not a partnership , britain is just another modern word for the old english empire.

i think its fair to say that Scotland has a greater difference in sense of identity compared to those of the ancient English states. Scotland only ever stopped being a country politcally, culturally we were always seperate from England
-
if you take that stance then each Ancient Kingdom within England will want become Independant like Sussex, Mercia, Wessex ...
The easiest way for the Scottish to get Independence is to have a referendum in England.
The English people will vote YES in a heartbeat...

Allowing in full for the government's ambitious targets for renewable energy, 70% of our primary energy supply in 2020 will come from oil and gas and so thank goodness we still have our own reserves. We may have produced 38bn barrels but we have up to 25bn barrels left and could still be producing 40% of our total daily needs in 2020. In 2008, British contractors together earned £5bn for the United Kingdom in exporting oilfield goods and services. 90% of UK oil is in Scottish Waters.

The other three quarters of the energy we need to fuel our cars, trucks and buses, provide heat, light and power to our homes, offices, hospitals and schools and generally power modern living comes from oil and gas.
Luckily for us in Britain, our own production currently meets almost all our need for oil and 70% of our gas. Furthermore, despite what some say, we import almost no gas from Russia. Today our imports come mostly from Norway.

The UK oil and gas industry is a central pillar of our economy. It invests more than any other (31% of the total), pays more tax than any other (30% of all corporation tax last year) and employs 450,000 people across the UK in high quality jobs with average annual earnings of £50,000. Today coal, nuclear and renewables together meet about one quarter of Britain's total primary energy needs.
