Music Theatre Wales's production of 'For You' is a remarkable collaboration between two of the UK's leading creative figures, composer and broadcaster Michael Berkeley and novelist Ian McEwan.

The opera explores the venom that sexual jealousy inspires, as the comfortable, middle class household of a charismatic but ageing composer is torn apart by a woman prepared to go to any lengths in the name of love...

This short video captures the composer and librettist in conversation, discussing the creative process that led to the new opera.
