@soinlove8306 finally someone admits it. I read all over the net, blogs saying how wonderful the shoes were and how much weight they lost, but the women were walking 6 hours a day. I'm like, were you walking 6 hours a day before the shoes? crazy people.
but they are super soft.

now that I've had them for over a year i have to say no. At first i walked way more bc i thought they were doing something but it was just the fact that i was walking more. they are very slippery too
