Made it in FL Studio 8 XXL Producer Edition.
used Vanguard for sounds.

Thanks to B0unc3 for the input about the melody being out of tune. Turns out my speakers were giving off a different sound then my much better ones. I'm currently working on a few new projects one involving a 2nd go at this song. So far it's far more better!
