Barney Frank does not give one damn about the restraints the constitution places on government.
It is about time that the government was more conscientious of those restraints. They were and are there for a reason.

Whoa, Whoa! I dislike Barney Frank more than most. He's way too smug and dismissive for my tastes.
I was referring to Bill O'reilly (whom I am a fan of and avid reader of his books) holding a MPA from Harvard. That was in response to the misguided poster above who said Bill got schooled.
