Season 4 Episode 9 Part 1

Hosted by Leonard Nimoy and broadcast weekly from 1976 to 1982, In Search Of... is the greatest mystery documentary show ever. I grew up watching this show, enjoying the spine-tingling presentation of quasi-fact and dramatic synthesizer-heavy music of Rinder and Lewis.

I am not selling this material, neither am I interested in buying bootlegs. It is currently commercially unavailable, so I am joining with others to make evaluation of this excellent series possible.

I'm posting these videos to fill some gaps left by recently suspended users (from whom I downloaded these). Check my subscriptions to find users with more episodes, and drop me a note if you have posted any "new" ones. Thanks for watching!

  • I feel bad for Peter Byrne. I hope the man finds SOMETHING before he dies.

  • @MrMeefos Too true my friend!

I'm 40 and I'll agree we had some really great shows back then that unlocked our imaginations and made us dream big. I hate to sound arrogant or abrasive but kids nowadays dont seem to have anything to expand their minds unless its some silly app found on a iPod!

  • i dont give a crap if "modern science" is convinced of anything

  • @nnahler they do brain surgery all the time while the person is awake, in order to communicate with the patient.. the brain and other inner organs appearently dont have the same kind of nerves as other parts, where we feel pain.. normally they put the patient under and numbed until they expose the brain, then awaken the person so they can communicate need things with the surgeons

  • These creatures r bout as real as the Walmart Bigfoot-whose known 2 slash prices at certain store locales.

  • Those synths scared the f*** out of me when I was little.

  • It's documentaries like this that triggered my interest in horror movies.

  • Nice 'stache, Leonard.

  • @hangsambo12 yeah i thought that too unless it changes colour to suit its surroundings like artic foxes and that it will be brown in the summer and warmer weather and go white in winter and all the photos iv seen of the yeti its white [even my Bumble the yeti plush toy is white and blue]
