Nelson takes us for an evening drive around Pilanesberg National Park, North West Province, South Africa.

One of the highlights is hearing a lion roar and sorry about the poor camera footage once it gets dark.

We see:
- Impala (Aepyceros melampus)
- African elephant (Loxodonta)
- Blue Wildebeest, Common Wildebeest or Brindled Gnu (Connochaetes taurinus)
- Common Tsessebe (Damaliscus lunatus)
- Mountain Zebra (Equus zebra)
- Hippopotamus (Hippopotamus amphibius)
- Lion (Panthera leo)
- Black-backed Jackal (Canis mesomelas)
- Plains zebra, Common zebra or Burchell's zebra (Equus quagga, Equus burchelli)
- African Grass-owl (Tyto capensis)

Video taken using a Sony HDR-SR12 Handycam.
