Robert Ryan was fabulous in this film.. so was Audrey Totter (both underrated actors)...the film was very realistic and done in real time...a great Robert Wise film...thank you for posting. (The Audrey Totter Homepage)

This is the greatest film about boxing ever! This was Robert Wise at his best, brilliant directing, stellar cinematography and surely amongst the greatest Film Noir films of all-time.
