My husband and I were here in 2007 for our honeymoon. It was such a wonderful, beautiful sight. We are planning another trip for our five year anniversary and bringing our daughter so she can experience the pony swim.

this place is great love it practicaly live there if you want a boaring vacation then DONT go to chincoteague. ITS THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!
THE WHOLE STORY BEHIND THE PONIES IS: A SPANISH SHIP CROWDED WITH HOARSES SINKS OFF THE COAST AND THE PONIES SWAM ONTO THE BEACH AND STILL LIVE ON CHINCOTEAGUE

the guy with the red hat and the chestnut horse is john. he kept my pony at his farm while we got all our paper work together. hes awesome. such a friendly guy. his wife is great too. they helped alot with all the questions and vet stuff that needed doing to get him home.

Don't watch the video if you have something negative to say. The video was posted for those who wanted to see what happened where the photographer stood.
