The event was organized by Paul McCartney and Kurt Waldheim [1], and it involved older artists such as McCartney and The Who as well as younger new wave acts like The Clash and the Pretenders. The last of the concerts was the last concert of Wings.

Who the fuck are the Beatles?

Just the greatest band of all time.

  • Whats really sad are the fools arguing instead of enjoying the moment ... the two guys are good friends and its obvious Paul was needling Pete as much as Pete was needling him by not wearing the suit. Its idiots like the dips who come in these threads and constantly argue over and over again about who is the greatest ...there is always the idiot Lennon brigade... I guess I am a rarity...I love the Beatles, The Who, Mccartney and Lennon...all equally.
